Ensuring quality in our translation process
Projects are supervised to monitor progress and identify any deviations from specifications, objectives or expected results. This approach is applied across all disciplines, with quality control conducted at every project stage and the results fully integrated into management operations. All translations undergo a two-step quality assurance process:
- Each translation is proofread by a second translator who is also a native speaker of the target language. The proofreader checks the translation against the source document, corrects any errors and ensures that the translation is fluent and easy to read.
- Following the translation process, our QA team carries out a two-step in-house quality check, consisting of:
- terminology review, double-checking of names and organisations
- formatting of translations to mirror the original source document(s)
- content, consistency and coherence check.
Professional translators with industry expertise
Our translators are carefully selected based on strict criteria to guarantee linguistic excellence and relevant subject-matter experience. We only work with native-speaker translators who meet the following criteria:
- University degree in translation, linguistics or relevant fields
- Verified industry-specific terminology knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of professional translation experience
- Strong cultural competence and proactive attitude
All translators are continuously evaluated by our quality managers and proofreaders, as well as through client feedback. We maintain a translation quality rating database and only assign projects to those with outstanding scores.
